UNFORTUNATELY NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS. Very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment in the city center of Rotterdam. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, balcony, partly air-conditioned. It’s not very big but it compensates in comfort and location.

Very popular neighborhood and about 5 minutes to central station by bike and 8 min by public transport. Next door a small green park and boulevard. Nearby are boutiques, shops and diners.
Top (4th) floor with nice views and an elevator. Concrete building from 1989, so good heat insulation. Energylabel C.
The residents of the apartment building have a quiet lifestyle and expect the same from the fellow residents.

In 2018 the apartment was partly renovated and fully furnished and styled: new kitchen, dish washer, induction stove, new floorboards, painted, new AEG washer/dryer combo, 43″ wide screen TV, cutlery, pots pans, water cooker. Excl. bed linen, pillows, towels. The master bedroom and the living room have air-conditioning. Bed rooms on the south side have sun screens. The balcony is a great place the enjoy the nice views! A good size storage room in the basement.

The master bedroom with aircon is the biggest of the 3 bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are very efficiently laid out and very practical with ample storage space, work space and a spacious 1.5-person bed.

All in all a very comfortable medium sized apartment ready to move in to. Bring your suitcase and start enjoying the city live.
