The location of the apartment is excellent. Ample parking. Very child friendly neighbourhood. The A13 and A20 motorways are nearby, stores and supermarkets and Blijdorp Zoo are within walking distance.

The beautifully landscaped Vroessenpark and the park of the Noorderhavenkade are a stone throw away. The Vroessenpark hosts several yearly festivals and is a popular BBQ area. Tennis clubs, soccer, fitness and swimming pool are all in the vicinity.

Layout:
Via the communal stairwell you will arrive at the entrance door of the apartment on the second floor. Behind the entrance door is a small hallway. From the hallway there is access to the 1st bathroom with shower and toilet. An other door will lead you to the spacious cosy living room.

The open kitchen is situated at the back side of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, extractor, fridge, dishwasher and new combi oven/microwave. From the kitchen door you will have access to a kitchen balcony. The dining area has a nice large dining table with 6 comfy chairs.
At the front next to the living room is a bedroom with a build-in closet and queen size bed.

On the 3^rd floor, which is the upper floor of the apartment building, are 2 bedrooms and an attached 2^nd bathroom. A 2nd balcony can be accessed via the master bedroom. On the small landing is space for a washing machine and dryer. Both are included.
